We’re not talking about Bistecca alla fiorentina, the wildly popular Tuscan T-Bone Steak. We’re talking about a much better cut of meat for our next “Dinner Club with Jim White” special event:   top of the chart, wet-aged prime beef filet mignon prepared in a traditional style, with an Italian flair, at the beautiful Tre Amici Restaurant in North Dallas.  You’ll enjoy the Italian flair of Tre Amici, while tasting the delicious four-course meal that chef has prepared.  Centennial Fine Wine and Spirits will be pouring some great wines to compliment the meal.  We’ll taste Angels Landing 2008 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, 2005 Windy Lane Napa Valley Merlot, and 2005 Windy Lane Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon. For dessert, Rocca Cerrina Brachetto, N/V.  A sparkler with lots of strawberry fruit, bright and bursting with a lovely sweet finish that pairs beautifully with the Chocolate Truffle Cake we’ll be having for dessert! Molto bene! Join us for the special evening on Wednesday March 31st.  Reservations are limited for the special dinner.  Call Tre Amici at 972-250-4400 to make your reservation.
