Viva la France! Executive Chef Bruno Davaillon has created a culinary fête in honor of his home country’s Independence Day, and it’s available in the Mansion Restaurant for a limited time.

Where:    The Mansion Restaurant
2821 Turtle Creek Boulevard
When:    Special menu available Wednesday, July 14, through Sunday, July 18, during dinner hours.

$178.90 per person, including wine pairings.

The five-course menu features decadent creations such as Grilled Lobster with Fresh Herb Butter, Crushed Potato and Quail Egg; and Roasted Lamb Loin with Caramelized Artichoke, Tomato Marmalade and Mint-Almond Pesto. And each course is expertly paired with French wines selected by Wine and Beverage Director Michael Flynn.
