Mother’s Day Dining

What follows is a quick listing of some of the best offerings in Dallas-Fort Worth for Mother’s Day specials.  We can’t vouch for table availability at this late date, but contact information for each listing is provided.  If you haven’t made plans yet, please keep trying so that you celebrate in a special way with your “special Mom”.  See the complete list below.

The Capital Grille, 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., $45 per person, $15 per child. Includes breakfast station, carving station, raw seafood bar, salad bar and dessert table. For reservations click here.

The Grape Restaurant celebrates Mother’s Day with a special Sunday brunch 10:30am-2pm.  Executive Chef/Owner Brian C. Luscher will feature the weekly a la carte brunch menu in addition to some favorites for Mom’s special day including items for kids.  The Grape is located at 2808 Greenville Avenue.  Reservations are recommended for this event, 214-828-1981 or visit the website .   Complimentary valet parking always provided.

Highland Park Cafeteria from 11am-3pm.  In addition to the a-la-carte offerings, Highland Park Cafeteria features a special Prime Rib or Carved Ham plate with two vegetables and homemade bread for $10.99, excluding tax and beverage.  All Moms receive a special Mother’s Day corsage.  11-year old piano prodigy William Lord will be “tickling the ivories” and taking requests. 1200 North Buckner Boulevard in Casa Linda Plaza.  Highland Park Cafeteria is open daily from 11am to 8pm.  For more information click here or call 214-324-5000.
